Make and take these beautiful Christmas earrings for yourself or as gifts! Amanda from BeaDazzle will teach you how to. Materials and tools will be provided. Earrings are made of sterling silver, crystal beads and other materials. Class is limited to 30 participants, 10 participants for each of the three sessions.

Cybersecurity professionals will share best practices on keeping you and your identity safe on the internet. Teens, college students, adults, and seniors are highly encouraged to attend this one-hour informational session.

This program is co-sponsored by the State of Hawaii Department of Defense and Cyber Hui, a community of cybersecurity professionals dedicated to sharing their skills and knowledge.

Fred Korematsu Speaks Up: a Presentation by Stan Yogi

Join us for a fascinating presentation by Stan Yogi, co-author of Fred Korematsu Speak Up. Using PowerPoint, Mr. Yogi will explain the connections he and his co-author have to this book and what led to to write it. He will then introduce us to the subject of his book, Fred Korematsu, a civil rights icon and 1998 Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient. Although the targeted audience of this book is for grades 4 to 8, this presentation should be attended by all people interested in the civil rights issues being discussed today.
