"Build a Better World" Contest for Children

What can you do today to build a better world? Tell us what you think on the entry form available in the library. Contest is open to children up to Grade 5 (2017-18 school year), one entry per child, held only at the Aina Haina Public Library. Entries must be concise and written only on the front side of the entry form, and be received by 7:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Aina Haina Public Library Reference Desk. All entries will be posted on a bulletin board in the library. Winners will be announced on Saturday, July 15, 2017. Three (3) winning entries will be awarded a $20 Barnes & Noble Gift Card. Employees of the HSPLS and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this contest. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

Build a Better World Summer Reading Program 2017

Join us to build a better world by participating in this year's Summer Reading Program! Register online beginning May 23, then come to the library starting the week of June 4th to receive your mystery sign-up bonus, while supplies last.
